Recycle Engineering Plastics
Polygram's manufacture and supplied recycled plastics for nearly 10 years, which means we really do have as much experience in this area as anyone within the industry.

We have an excellent track record of specifying and supplying these materials into highly demanding applications, such as automotive parts, domestic appliances. Additionally, we have supplied demanding recycled materials to the leading OEM since 2014 and were instrumental in introducing them to recycled materials.

The most widely used recycled materials are the main commodity materials of Polypropylene (PP), Polyethylene (PE) and to a lesser extent, Polystyrene (PS). PP can be supplied with fillers such as talc or glass fibre to enhance certain properties. We also offer a full range of recycled engineering polymers including PA, PC/ABS, ABS, PC and PEEK.

ABS
(Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene)

ABS offers good impact strength, dimensional stability and provides an excellent surface finish, all at a relatively low cost.

PC/ABS
(Polycarbonate/Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene)

PC/ABS is a thermoplastic blend known for its strength, heat resistance, high impact resistance and good dimensional stability.

POM (Polyoxymethylene)

POM (Acetal) is an exceptionally tough engineering polymer with great anti-friction and wear properties.

PA (Polyamide)

(Nylon), a versatile engineering polymer which offers; high strength, durability and excellent resistance to abrasion and chemicals.

PC (Polycarbonate)

PC has high impact strength, excellent transparency and optical clarity as well as good heat resistance.

PMMA
( Poly methyl methacrylate)

PMMA (Acrylic) has excellent optical properties, impact strength, weather resistance, hardness and scratch resistance.

PBT
(Polybutylene terephthalate)

PBT offers excellent mechanical strength, high heat resistance, good dimensional stability, chemical resistance and electrical insulation properties.

TPE/TPU
(Thermoplastic elastomers/Thermoplastic polyurethane)

TPE/TPU are a group of versatile materials offering flexibility, rubber like properties and process-ability.

OTHERS

Encompassing Blends and Individual specialist materials such as ASA, PPA, PC/PBT, PC/ASA, PEBA, PARA, PK.
